Shopluna.com will gladly accept returns or exchanges on items that are in original condition and still have all tags attached. Returns or exchanges are for regular priced merchandise only. All SALE items, intimates, and jewelry are FINAL SALE. Returns or Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. For your convenience, a FREE UPS Return Label will be included with your shipment. Simply follow the return instructions card and schedule a UPS pickup online or drop it off at your local UPS Store.
